Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Size-related issues
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect item received
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Products purchased on sale or discount
Accessories (if applicable)
Items purchased during clearance or special promotional offers
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued
Store credit is non-transferable and valid for future purchases only
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable
Please allow 5β7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are not eligible for direct cash refunds
For approved returns on COD orders, a store credit or bank transfer will be issued after verification
Customers must provide valid bank details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for bank transfers
COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
For manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by Queenzy, return shipping costs will be covered by us
For size-related returns or exchanges, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Reason for return
Clear images or video proof (mandatory for defect or incorrect item claims)
