Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect item received

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or misuse will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotional offers

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

  • Store credit is non-transferable and valid for future purchases only

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to be processed after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for direct cash refunds

  • For approved returns on COD orders, a store credit or bank transfer will be issued after verification

  • Customers must provide valid bank details (Account Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for bank transfers

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by Queenzy, return shipping costs will be covered by us

  • For size-related returns or exchanges, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video proof (mandatory for defect or incorrect item claims)
